Please keep initial appointment messages brief. Do not send medical reports, identification documents, financial information or highly sensitive medical details unless the clinic tells you how and where to share them.

Appointment-request form

The appointment form runs in your browser. When you submit it, the website prepares a WhatsApp message containing the name, phone number, consultation mode and optional short concern you entered. The website itself does not store or send this form information to a website database.

You decide whether to send the prepared message in WhatsApp. Sending the message does not confirm an appointment. The Other Song clinic desk will confirm availability and the applicable consultation fee before an appointment is finalised.

WhatsApp and external services

WhatsApp is an external service. If you continue to WhatsApp, its terms and privacy practices apply to information you send. Links to the official clinic profile, Google profile and email service also take you to external services with their own privacy practices.

Technical information

The website does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, user accounts or an appointment database. The hosting provider may process basic technical logs—such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps—to deliver and protect the website. The site also loads web fonts from Google, which may receive technical request information.

Medical information and emergencies

This website provides general information and an appointment-request route. It is not a medical-record system and it is not monitored for emergencies. For severe, sudden or rapidly worsening symptoms, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department.
